Coverage area

We currently ship to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C., including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. International shipping is not available at this time.

Address changes & cancellations

  • Email [email protected] immediately with your order number.
  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address or cancel on request.
  • After shipment, we can request a carrier intercept (fees may apply).

Delays, loss, or damage

  • If tracking shows no movement for 7 days (USPS: 10 days), contact us to open a trace.
  • Report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and shoes.
  • Porch theft: file a police report and carrier claim; we’ll assist with next steps.

Resolution may include replacement or refund after carrier investigation.

Taxes & signatures

  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Signature is required for $750+ and for any Express shipments.

Carriers experience higher volumes in November–December. Order early and consider Expedited or Express for time‑sensitive gifts. Cutoffs will be posted on this page each season.

Yes—free Standard Shipping on orders $150+ after discounts and before tax. Orders under $150 ship Standard for $7.95.
What are your shipping speeds?
Standard: 3–6 business days. Expedited: 2–3 business days. Express: 1–2 business days. PO/APO/FPO: 5–12 business days via USPS.
How fast do you process orders?

Will my order require a signature?
Orders $750+ and Express shipments require a signature. You can request a hold at a carrier location for pickup.
Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO?
Yes. These orders ship via USPS Priority and may take 5–12 business days.
Can I change my address after ordering?

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship within the United States and to PO/APO/FPO addresses.
My package shows delivered but I can’t find it.
Check with neighbors and building staff, and look for a carrier notice. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us. For suspected theft, file a police report and carrier claim; we’ll assist with next steps.
